Nutritionists say, “Raw mango contains a variety of nutrients, including vitamins C, K, A and B6, folate, magnesium and potassium. Because raw mango is not very sweet, it also contains less sugar. This makes it suitable for people who are dieting, as they can easily include raw mango in their diet. Raw mango sharbat also provides relief from the heat.”
Ingredients:
Raw mango: 1 cup
Mint leaves: to taste
Black salt: as required
Water: 3 glasses
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well together. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
If you prefer to drink it chilled, you can place the prepared sharbat in the regular compartment of the fridge for a while before serving.
