Cucumber and lemon sharbat’ helps prevent dehydration

Cucumber and lemon help keep the body hydrated and cool from within. By making a sharbat with these two ingredients and drinking it, you can enjoy relief from the heat as well as health benefits. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
Fragrant lemon, finely chopped: ½ cup
Young cucumber, peeled and finely chopped: ½ cup
Chopped green chilli: ½ teaspoon
Chopped mint leaves: 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Sugar: 1 cup
Cold water: 4 cups
Crushed ice: 1 cup
Method:
Except for the crushed ice, blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour into glasses, add the crushed ice, mix well, and serve.
